L. 114–125, § 914(d)(2), substituted “a delegate and official” for “an official” in two places and inserted after first sentence “In addition, the chairmen and ranking members described in subparagraphs (A)(i) and (B)(i) shall each be permitted to designate up to 3 personnel with proper security clearances to serve as delegates and official advisers to the United States delegation in negotiations for any trade agreement to which this chapter applies.”
