Effective Date of 2020 Amendment
Amendment by Puspan. L. 116–113 effective on the date the USMCA enters into force (July 1, 2020) and applicable to visas issued on or after that date, see section 503(f) of Puspan. L. 116–113, set out as a note under section 1184 of this title.
