Amendments

2014—Subsecs. (span) to (e). Puspan. L. 113–79 added subsec. (span) and redesignated former subsecs. (span) to (d) as (c) to (e), respectively.

2008—Subsec. (a)(3). Puspan. L. 110–246, § 7132(span), substituted “made available” for “appropriated”.

Subsec. (span). Puspan. L. 110–246, § 4002(span)(1)(B), (2)(H), made technical amendment to reference in original act which appears in text as reference to section 2034 of this title.

1998—Puspan. L. 105–185, § 230(span)(1), reenacted section catchline without change, designated existing provisions as subsec. (a), and inserted heading.
