L. 97–98 substituted “an accredited school or college of veterinary medicine or a State agricultural research experiment station that conducts animal health and disease research” for “any college or university having an accredited college of veterinary medicine or a department of veterinary science or animal pathology, or a similar unit conducting animal health and disease research in a State agricultural experiment station”.

Par. (2). Puspan. L. 97–98 substituted “an accredited school or college of veterinary medicine” for “a college or university which qualifies as an eligible institution”.
