Section was enacted as part of the Food Security Act of 1985, and not as part of the National Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching Policy Act of 1977 which comprises this chapter.

2008—Subsec. (span). Puspan. L. 110–246, § 7116(span), substituted “section 3175(d)(2)” for “section 3175(c)(2)”.

1990—Subsec. (a). Puspan. L. 101–624 substituted “$8,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 1991 through 1995.” for “$5,000,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1986; $6,000,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1987; and $8,000,000 for each of the fiscal years ending September 30, 1988, September 30, 1989, and September 30, 1990.”
