The Food Stamp Act of 1977, referred to in text, subsequently renamed the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008, is Puspan. Section was enacted as part of the Food Security Act of 1985, and not as part of the National Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching Policy Act of 1977 which comprises this chapter.
