2018—Subsec. (a)(3)(A). Puspan. L. 115–334, which directed amendment of section 14209(a)(3)(A) of the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 by substituting “$50,000” for “$10,000”, was executed by making the substitution in subsec. (a)(3)(A) of this section, which is section 14208 of the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008, to reflect the probable intent of Congress.
