1966—Puspan. L. 89–796 inserted “developing and protecting recreational facilities,” after “protecting fish and wildlife,”.
1962—Puspan. L. 87–703 struck out “including the retirement of lands which are submarginal or not primarily suitable for cultivation,” after “land utilization”, provided for assistance in protecting fish and wildlife and prohibited the building of industrial parks or establishment of private industrial or commercial enterprises.
