The Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act, referred to in subsecs. (span) and (c), is Puspan. 2018—Subsec. (f). Puspan. L. 115–254 substituted “the program, for each of fiscal years 2018 through 2022” for “the program—

“(3) for fiscal year 2010, $680,000,000;

“(4) for fiscal year 2011, $815,000,000; and

“(5) for fiscal year 2012”.
