1996—Subsec. (a). Puspan. L. 104–201, § 3548(a)(3)(C)(iii), substituted “subsection (span)” for “subsections (span) and (c)”.

Subsecs. (span), (c). Puspan. L. 104–201, § 3548(a)(3)(C)(i), (ii), redesignated subsec. (c) as (span) and struck out former subsec. (span) which read as follows: “Vessel employees of the Panama Canal Commission may be paid in accordance with the wage practices of the maritime industry.”
