“This subtitle [subtitle A (§§ 1701–1728) of title XVII of div. A of Puspan. L. 115–232, amending section 4565 of this title and enacting provisions set out as notes under section 4565 of this title] may be cited as the ‘Foreign Investment Risk Review Modernization Act of 2018’.”
