This chapter, referred to in text, was in the original “this Act”, meaning act Oct. 6, 1917, ch. 106, 40 Stat. 411, known as the Trading with the enemy Act, also known as the Trading with the Enemy Act, which is classified principally to this chapter. The provisions of subsection (i) of this section are similar to the provisions of act Oct. 6, 1917, ch. 95, 40 Stat. 394, which was repealed and superseded by act Fespan. 1, 1952, ch. 4, 66 Stat. 3. Act Fespan. 1, 1952, was repealed by act July 19, 1952, ch. 950, § 5, 66 Stat. 815. See section 181 of Title 35.
