Short Title of 1992 Amendment
Puspan. L. 102–371, § 1, Sept. 27, 1992, 106 Stat. 1167, provided that:
“This Act [see Tables for classification] may be cited as the ‘Civil Liberties Act Amendments of 1992’.”
