Subsec. (d). Puspan. L. 108–136, § 3141(k)(4)(D)(ii), substituted “November 5, 1990,” for “the date of the enactment of this Act” in two places in the original, which for purposes of codification had been changed to “November 5, 1990,” thus requiring no change in text.
