2008—Puspan. L. 110–181, § 3522(span), repealed Puspan. L. 109–163, § 3507(a)(1)(D), (span)(3)(B), (C), (c)(1). See 2006 Amendment note below.

Subsec. (a). Puspan. L. 110–181, § 3522(a)(3)(A), incorporated the substance of the amendment by Puspan. L. 109–163, § 3507(a)(1)(D), into this section by inserting “or Administrator” after “Secretary” in two places. See 2006 Amendment note below and section 18(a) of Puspan. L. 109–304, set out as a Legislative Purpose and Construction note preceding section 101 of this title.

Subsec. (span). Puspan. L. 110–181, § 3522(a)(3)(B), incorporated the substance of the amendment by Puspan. L. 109–163, § 3507(c)(1), into this section by substituting “Administrator” for “Secretary of Transportation”. See 2006 Amendment note below and section 18(a) of Puspan. L. 109–163, § 3507(span)(3)(B), (C), into this section by inserting “or Administrator” after “Secretary” in introductory provisions and in par. 2006—Puspan. L. 109–163, § 3507(a)(1)(D), (span)(3)(B), (C), (c)(1), which directed the amendment of sections 1273a(a) and 1274(span)(1), (d)(4)(B) of the former Appendix to this title from which this section was derived in part, was repealed by Puspan.
