This subtitle, referred to in text, is subtitle E (§§ 1131–1169) of title XI of Puspan. L. 97–35, Aug. 13, 1981, 95 Stat. 643, known as the Northeast Rail Service Act of 1981. The Regional Rail Reorganization Act of 1973, referred to in par. (5), is Puspan. L. 93–236, Jan. 2, 1974, 87 Stat. 985.
