Short Title

Puspan. L. 98–434, § 1, Sept. 28, 1984, 98 Stat. 1675, provided:

“That this Act [enacting sections 390g to 390g–8 of this title] may be cited as the ‘High Plains States Groundwater Demonstration Program Act of 1983’.”
