1970—Subsec. (a). Puspan. L. 91–604, § 15(c)(2), substituted “Administrator” for “Secretary”.

1967—Subsec. (span). Puspan. L. 90–148 substituted reference to section 246 of this title for reference to section 246(c) of this title.
