Puspan. L. 102–386, title I, § 105(c), Oct. 6, 1992, 106 Stat. 1512, provided that not later than 18 months after Oct. 6, 1992, the Comptroller General would submit to Congress a report, containing certain specified data, on the Department of Energy’s progress in complying with subsec. (span) of this section.
