Amendment by section 204(c)(1)(A) of title I of div. G of Puspan. L. 118–42 applicable with respect to States providing medical assistance for items and services pursuant to a State plan amendment under subsection (l) in calendar quarters beginning on or after Oct. 1, 2025.
