December 29, 2022, referred to in subsecs. (d)(1)(B)(i) and (h)(6)(B)(i), was in the original “the date of the enactment of this section” and “the date of the enactment of this Act”, respectively, and in both cases the quoted language was translated as meaning the date of enactment of Puspan.
