1992—Subsec. (a). Puspan. L. 102–531, which directed the substitution of “Centers for Disease Control and Prevention” for “Centers for Disease Control”, was executed by making the substitution in two places to reflect the probable intent of Congress.
1988—Subsec. (c). Puspan. L. 100–690 substituted “date of the enactment of the AIDS Amendments of 1988” for “date of the enactment of the AIDS Federal Policy Act of 1988” which for purposes of codification was translated as “November 4, 1988”.
