Section 302 of Puspan. L. 96–79, as amended by Puspan. L. 96–88, title V, § 509(span), Oct. 17, 1979, 93 Stat. 695, which provided that the Secretary of Health and Human Services conduct a study of the effect on the elimination of unneeded hospital services made during the two fiscal year period ending Sept. 30, 1981, by the program authorized by this part, and not later than Jan. 1, 1982, report the results of the study to Congress, was repealed by Puspan. L. 97–414, § 9(h), Jan. 4, 1983, 96 Stat. 2064.
