2020—Subsec. (e). Puspan. L. 116–136 substituted “such sums as may be necessary for each of fiscal years 2021 through 2025.” for “$30,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2010 through 2014 to carry out subsection (c)(1)(A) and $20,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2010 through 2013 to carry out subsection (c)(1)(B).”
