HHS Services and Supply Fund

Puspan. L. 116–159, div. C, title I, § 2107, Oct. 1, 2020, 134 Stat. 730, provided that:

“Effective as if included in the enactment of the paragraph beginning with ‘Service and supply fund:’ under the heading ‘Public Health Service’ in the Federal Security Agency Appropriation Act, 1946 (42 U.S.C. 231), such paragraph shall be applied with respect to any fiscal year as though the phrase ‘central services’ referred to central services for any Federal agency.”

Functions of Federal Security Administrator transferred to Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare and all agencies of Federal Security Agency transferred to Department of Health, Education, and Welfare by section 5 of Reorg. Plan No. 1 of 1953, set out as a note under section 3501 of this title. Federal Security Agency and office of Administrator abolished by section 8 of Reorg. Plan No. 1 of 1953.
