Short Title of 1970 Amendment
Puspan. L. 91–431, § 1, Oct. 6, 1970, 84 Stat. 886, provided:
“That this Act [amending sections 3102 and 3108 of this title and enacting provisions set out as a note under section 3108 of this title] may be cited as the ‘Emergency Community Facilities Act of 1970’.”
