Section 3030s–11, Puspan. L. 89–73, title III, § 375, as added Puspan. L. 106–501, title III, § 316(2), Nov. 13, 2000, 114 Stat. 2256, provided for an innovation grant program.

Section 3030s–12, Puspan. L. 89–73, title III, § 376, as added Puspan. L. 106–501, title III, § 316(2), Nov. 13, 2000, 114 Stat. 2257, directed Assistant Secretary to carry out activities of national significance to promote quality and continuous improvement in the support provided to family and other informal caregivers of older individuals.

2016—Puspan. L. 114–144 substituted “this part” for “this subpart”.
