Amendments
1992—Puspan. L. 102–375 substituted “Alaska Native village” for “Alaskan Native village” and “Commissioner” for “Secretary” wherever appearing.
1987—Subsecs. (span), (c). Puspan. L. 100–175, § 504(span)(3), inserted “or territory” after “State” wherever appearing.
