Effective Date of 2014 Amendment

Puspan. L. 113–291, div. C, title XXXII, § 3203(span), Dec. 19, 2014, 128 Stat. 3903, provided that:

“The amendment made by subsection (a) [amending this section] shall take effect on October 1, 2015.”
