Puspan. L. 118–67, div. B, title V, § 502(c), July 9, 2024, 138 Stat. 1476, provided that:
“The [Nuclear Regulatory] Commission, on an annual basis, shall solicit applications for the Nuclear Regulator Apprenticeship Network.”
