Puspan. L. 85–162, title I, § 109, Aug. 21, 1957, 71 Stat. 407, as amended by Puspan. L. 85–590, § 108, Aug. 4, 1958, 72 Stat. 493, authorized the Commission to use its funds for the payment for travel and transportation expenses in connection with the relocation of residence of employees in order to facilitate retention and relocation of Commission headquarter employees.
