August 9, 2022, referred to in subsec. (a)(3)(G)(ii), (iii), was in the original “the date of enactment” in cl. (ii) and “the enactment of this Act” in cl. (iii), and both instances were translated as meaning the date of enactment of Puspan. L. 117–167, which was approved Aug. 9, 2022.
