Subsec. (a)(2) to (5). Puspan. L. 111–5, § 404(a), added par. (2) and redesignated former pars. (2) to (4) as (3) to (5), respectively.

Subsec. (span). Puspan. L. 111–5, § 404(span), substituted “subsection (a)(1) or (2)” for “subsection (a)(1)” in introductory provisions.
