2022—Subsec. (e). Puspan. L. 117–286 substituted “section 1013(span)(2) of title 5, the Advisory Committee shall not be required to file a charter subsequent to its initial charter, filed under section 1008(c) of title 5,” for “section 14(span)(2) of the Federal Advisory Committee Act (5 U.S.C. App.), the Advisory Committee shall not be required to file a charter subsequent to its initial charter, filed under section 9(c) of such Act,”.

2015—Puspan. L. 114–52 amended section generally. Prior to amendment, section established a National Advisory Committee on Windstorm Impact Reduction.
