2002—Subsec. (span)(2). Puspan. L. 107–228, § 211(a)(1), inserted “Such fees shall remain available for obligation until expended.” at end.

Subsec. (span)(3). Puspan. L. 107–228, § 211(a)(2), struck out par. (3) which read as follows: “Fees authorized under this section shall be available for obligation only to the extent and in the amount provided in advance in appropriations Acts.”
