Prior Provisions

A prior section 1769d, act June 4, 1946, ch. 281, § 23, as added Nov. 10, 1989, Puspan. L. 101–147, title I, § 111, 103 Stat. 890, directed Secretary to provide each appropriate State agency with information on income eligibility for free or reduced price meals under each program established under this chapter and the Child Nutrition Act of 1966, prior to repeal by Puspan. L. 104–193, title VII, § 711, Aug. 22, 1996, 110 Stat. 2301.
