Effective Date
Puspan. L. 115–182, title I, § 105(span), June 6, 2018, 132 Stat. 1413, provided that:
“Section 1725A of title 38, United States Code, as added by subsection (a) shall take effect on the date upon which final regulations implementing such section take effect.”
