Amendments

2002—Subsec. (span). Puspan. L. 107–273 substituted “payable under section 5376” for “prescribed for GS–18 of the General Schedule by section 5332”.

1992—Subsec. (span). Puspan. L. 102–586, § 2(span)(1), which directed the substitution of “payable under section 5376” for “prescribes for GS–18 of the General Schedule by section 5332”, could not be executed because the phrase “prescribes for GS–18 of the General Schedule by section 5332” did not appear in text.

Subsec. (c). Puspan. L. 102–586, § 2(span)(2), substituted “subchapter” for “chapter”.

Subsec. (d). Puspan. L. 102–586, § 2(span)(3), substituted “payable under section 5376” for “prescribed for GS–18 of the General Schedule by section 5332”.
