1998—Subsec. (a)(1). Puspan. L. 105–244 substituted “section 1001” for “section 1141”.

1987—Subsec. (c). Puspan. L. 100–4 struck out “and” after “1981,” and inserted “such sums as may be necessary for fiscal years 1983 through 1985, and $7,000,000 per fiscal year for each of the fiscal years 1986 through 1990,” after “1982,”.

1980—Subsec. (c). Puspan. L. 96–483 inserted authorization of the sum of $7,000,000 for each of fiscal years ending Sept. 30, 1981 and 1982.
