2022—Puspan. L. 117–263 designated existing provisions as subsec. (a), inserted heading, substituted “The personnel described in subsection (span)” for “Regular officers of the Corps of Engineers of the Army, and reserve officers of the Army who are assigned to the Corps of Engineers,”, and added subsec. (span).
