This chapter, referred to in text, was in the original “this Act”, meaning Puspan. L. 95–87, Aug. 3, 1977, 91 Stat. 445, which enacted this chapter and amended section 1114 of Title 18, Crimes and Criminal Procedure. Section 1001 of title 20, referred to in par. (32), was in the original “section 101 of the Higher Education Act of 1968” and was translated as reading “section 101 of the Higher Education Act of 1965”, meaning section 101 of Puspan. L. 89–329, to reflect the probable intent of Congress because section 101 was added to the Higher Education Act of 1965 by Puspan. L. 105–244.
