Effective Date
Puspan. L. 110–140, title XVI, § 1601, Dec. 19, 2007, 121 Stat. 1801, provided that:
“This Act [see Tables for classification] and the amendments made by this Act take effect on the date that is 1 day after the date of enactment of this Act [Dec. 19, 2007].”
