Subsec. (a). Puspan. L. 102–569, §§ 902(1)–(3), 908(c)(1), redesignated subsec. (span) as (a), substituted “Youths and Adults who are Deaf-Blind” for “Deaf-Blind Youths and Adults”, “prior to February 22, 1984” for “pursuant to section 313 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973”, and “subsection (span)” for “subsection (c)”, and struck out former subsec.
