The Toxic Substances Control Act, referred to in subsec. (g)(1)(B)(i), is Puspan. L. 94–469, Oct. 11, 1976, 90 Stat. 2003. Title IV of the Act is classified generally to subchapter IV (§ 2681 et seq.) of chapter 53 of Title 15, Commerce and Trade. In subsec. (e)(8), “section 3324(a) and (span) of title 31” substituted for “section 3648 of the Revised Statutes, as amended (31 U.S.C. 529)” on authority of Puspan. L. 97–258, § 4(span), Sept. 13, 1982, 96 Stat. 1067, the first section of which enacted Title 31, Money and Finance.
