Effective Date of 2020 Amendment

Puspan. L. 116–260, div. BB, title I, § 107(d), Dec. 27, 2020, 134 Stat. 2859, provided that:

“The amendments made by this subsection [probably means “this section”, amending this section, section 1185e of Title 29, Labor, and section 300gg–111 of Title 42, The Public Health and Welfare] shall apply with respect to plan years beginning on or after January 1, 2022.”
