Section, Puspan. L. 109–286, § 8, Sept. 27, 2006, 120 Stat. 1224, which related to execution and delivery of deeds by the Secretary of Agriculture and conveyance by the Pueblo to the United States in trust, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
