Section, Puspan. L. 90–534, § 5, Sept. 28, 1968, 82 Stat. 884, which provided that any moneys received by the Swinomish Indian Tribal Community from the sale, exchange, mortgage, or granting of a security interest in tribal land could be used for tribal purposes, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
