Section, Puspan. L. 87–235, § 6, Sept. 14, 1961, 75 Stat. 509, which provided for costs incurred in the preparation of the membership roll and in the payment of the per capita shares to be paid from the judgment fund, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
