Section, Puspan. L. 88–457, § 7, Aug. 20, 1964, 78 Stat. 556, which provided for payment of costs incurred in the preparation of the roll and in the payment of the per capita shares by withdrawals from the judgment fund of the appropriate band, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
