Section, Puspan. L. 106–568, title VII, § 710, Dec. 27, 2000, 114 Stat. 2916, which provided that no provision of this subchapter would be construed to affect any treaty to which a tribe referred to in this subchapter was a party, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
